That‘s what my dad asked when I mentioned fixing up my old motorcycle after years of sitting in a shed. “You run into burning buildings, and on your days off, you're 60 feet up a tree swinging a chainsaw.” While I ultimately decided against getting back on the bike, I can't say I'll stop running into fires or swinging from trees anytime soon.
Happy Valley Tree Care was born in the fire hall during brainstorming sessions between co-owners Logan and me, Drew. That was back in January 2023. Since then, we've served hundreds of happy customers and grown more than we ever imagined. We continue to work at the station every third day and cut trees on every weekday we’re not on the fire truck.
We're excited to see Happy Valley Tree Care continue to grow, and if you're reading this, we hope you'll give us the opportunity to take care of your tree project. Let us take the risk so you don't have to. Call, text, or email—we promise you won’t be disappointed.
Logan, 28, is a firefighter and father of one, with another on the way. When he's not at work, he's either at home or church with his wife Ally and son Deen, or lifting weights in his garage while listening to audiobooks on feudalism.
Drew is a 34-year-old former middle school teacher turned firefighter and tree climber. In his free time, you might run into him at Fitness Central, out running on the riverwalk, or on a date with his fiancé, Amanda.
